Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane admits that claims his side are favoured by referees is something that frustrates him.
At the weekend, Los Blancos were said to have benefitted from a Sergio Ramos handball being overlooked in their 3-1 victory over Eibar.
Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman spoke out on the subject, indicating that Madrid should have had a penalty given against them, and his comments have drawn the ire of Zidane.
“Of course it’s annoying that so much is said about referees, but that’s what happens when you are Real Madrid,” he told the media on Tuesday.
“I never speak about referees never spoke about referees because their work is very complicated and, like everyone else in life, sometimes they are right and sometimes they are wrong. That’s all.
“Regarding Koeman, I am not going to say anything because we are focused on the league game.”

Los Blancos tackle Granada on Wednesday, and Zidane is forecasting a tough game.
“La Liga is very complicated and in every game you have to suffer to get the three points. There is no easy game and it is very long,” he said.
Meanwhile, Zidane indicated that Eden Hazard is getting back towards fitness after being overlooked at the weekend.
“He’s working well and is happy,” the Frenchman said. “It’s true that with injuries he has had difficult moments, but he’s feeling good.”
After the defending Spanish champions have played on Wednesday, they will have the Christmas weekend off before returning to action with a match against Eibar on 30th December – their final fixture in what has been an eventful 2020.
