Jurgen Klopp will be hoping his Liverpool side can get back to winning ways after the international break when they travel to Leeds United on Sunday.
Unlike last season’s turmoil, the Anfield boss should have a relatively fully-fit squad to pick from in the Premier League clash and will be looking to pick up all three points and a strong performance.
In defence, Klopp will turn to Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson on the right and left flank respectively, while Virgil Van Dijk and Joel Matip take up their usual roles in the middle of the pitch as the Liverpool manager’s preferred duo.
Similarly, we probably shouldn’t expect too many surprises in midfield. James Milner remains injured and Naby Keita’s failed attempts to return from Guinea will likely mean a midfield trio of Thiago Alcantara, Fabinho and Jordan Henderson will be tasked with dominating Leeds’ hard-working side.
Injuries to Roberto Firmino and Takumi Minamino could mean Klopp will turn to Harvey Elliot at some point in the match, but we can expect the Liverpool manager to stick with Sadio Mane on the left, Mohamed Salah on the right and Diogo Jota through the middle.
