A mouth-watering clash awaits on Monday evening as two of the Premier League's most in-form teams battle it out at Goodison Park.

Manchester City come into this clash having won three consecutive games, while second-placed Everton go in search of their fifth straight Premier League victory.

It will also be a battle between two of the greatest coaches in history in Pep Guardiola and Carlo Ancelotti.

Guardiola is unlikely to make too many changes to the team who won easily 2-0 over Newcastle on Boxing Day, despite his squad enjoying just 48 hours' rest.

Joao Cancelo was arguably man-of-the-match in that win and he will continue at right-back with Kyle Walker missing due to Coronavirus.

Benjamin Mendy could come in to form more of a natural back-four, with John Stones and Ruben Dias in the centre. Eric Garcia is unavailable.

In midfield, Rodri was given the last half-hour off against Newcastle so will start, while Fernandinho may come in for Ilkay Gundogan.

Further forward, Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling should be locked in but Riyad Mahrez may return for Bernardo Silva.

The biggest news, though, could be regarding Sergio Aguero. The Argentina star came on versus Newcastle but is set to make his first Premier League start for two months against Everton. Gabriel Jesus is still unavailable due to Coronavirus.
