Manchester City are on their worst run of form in 18 years and will look to this midweek's Champions League match against Feyenoord to finally win and stop a major downturn results.

Not since the days of Stuart Pearce as manager in 2006 have Man City lost five matches in a row, but Pep Guardiola's side equalled that run this past weekend when they emphatically lost 4-0 at home against Tottenham.

Match Preview

Man City Recent Form

Man City's horrendous run has included losses against Tottenham in the League Cup, Bournemouth, Brighton and Spurs again in the Premier League and Sporting CP in the Champions League.

In two of those games - against Spurs this past weekend and against Sporting, they were ruthlessly defeated and conceded four goals.

Man City Injury News

Man City just do not look the same team without Rodri and his absence will continue to be felt well into 2025.

Oscar Bobb, Mateo Kovacic and Ruben Dias are also out for this one but Jeremy Doku could make his return from a thigh problem.

Last Man City Lineup

Here's how Man City lined up against Tottenham.

Feyenoord Recent Form

Feyenoord have won three and lost two of their last five games in all competitions.

The two losses came in key fixtures against Ajax in the Eredivisie and RB Salzburg in the Champions League.

They have won two in a row versus Almere and Heerenveen in the Dutch top flight.

Feyenoord Injury News

Feyenoord are dealing with a bit of an injury crisis at the moment as no less than eight players missed the game over the weekend, some with more serious issues than others.

Santiago Gimenez, Justin Bijlow, Quinten Timber, Hugo Bueno, Jordan Lotomba, Ayase Ueda, Ibrahim Osman and Quilindschy Hartman were all absent.

Chris-Kevin Nadje is suspended following his dismissal against Salzburg.

Last Feyenoord Lineup

Here's how Feyenoord lined up against Heerenveen.

Man City - Player To Watch

Erling Haaland, remarkably, has become a punchline over the past couple of months due to his dip in form which has coincided with City's overall dip in form. Still, he remains the world's most potent striker and you wouldn't bet against him getting a goal or two on Tuesday.

Man City vs Feyenoord - Prediction

Five games lost in a row seemed unthinkable under Guardiola at City so six seems even more unlikely. The team is at a very low ebb at the moment, but if they can't overcome injury-struck Feyenoord at home then they really are in a full-blown crisis.

Scoreline prediction - Man City 3-1 Feyenoord
