Real Salt Lake are an American soccer club who feature in Major League Soccer’s Western Conference. They have won the MLS Cup on one occasion in 2009, as well as finishing as runners-up in the CONCACAF Champions League and Supporters’ Shield. Real Salt Lake, also known as RSL, have an established rivalry with the Colorado Rapids, with whom they contest the Rocky Mountain Cup. Their most famous and celebrated players are Nick Rimando, Kyle Beckerman, Fabián Espíndola, Robbie Findley, Jason Kreis, Joao Plata, Javier Morales, and Alvaro Saborio. The head coach who led the time to their only MLS Cup was Jason Kreis. Their home since 2008 has been the Rio Tinto Stadium, which has a capacity of over 20,000 spectators.
