Real Madrid could be without star defender David Alaba for this weekend's La Liga showdown with Sevilla.
The Austrian got on the scoresheet during the week as Los Blancos defeated Sheriff 3-0 away in the Champions League.
However, just after the hour mark he was forced off with a knee injury. Subsequent tests have shown that he suffered a knee strain which was not as bad as once feared.
He will still likely miss the Sevilla match.
Federico Valverde could be available, but Gareth Bale is still out.
Thibaut Courtois will start in goal, with Dani Carvajal, Nacho, Eder Militao and Ferland Mendy in defence.
Nacho will come in for Alaba should the former Bayern man be unavailable.
The favoured midfield trio of Luka Modric, Toni Kroos and Casemiro will likely continue. The German scored a rare goal in the Champions League midweek and is in sparkling form.
Marco Asensio is pushing for a start on the right of the front three but Rodrygo could continue alongside Karim Benzema and Vinicius Junior.
