With the last international break of the year over, Arsenal will look to put together a run of form and get their season back on track after a blip over the last month.
On Saturday, they face a Nottingham Forest side who have been mightily impressive in the 2024/25 Premier League season as Nuno Espirito Santo's side currently sit fifth, on the same amount of points as the Gunners.
Match Preview
Arsenal Recent Form
Arsenal have won just one out of their last five games in all competitions and that came in the League Cup versus Preston.
They are without a win in three in all competitions after losing to Newcastle and drawing with Chelsea in the Premier League and suffering a defeat away at Inter in the Champions League.
They are nine points off the pace set by Liverpool in the league.
Arsenal Injury News
Takehiro Tomiyasu and Kieran Tierney are long-term absentees, while it was recently revealed that Ben White is out until the New Year after undergoing knee surgery.
Bukayo Saka, Declan Rice and Riccardo Calafiori all picked up knocks before the international break and pulled out of their respective national squads, but all could return here. The biggest doubt is Rice, who allegedly broke his toe a few weeks ago.

Nottingham Forest Recent Form
Forest have lost just twice this season in the league and one of those defeats came last time out as Newcastle won 3-1 at the City Ground.
Prior to that loss, they won three games in a row against Crystal Palace, Leicester and West Ham.
Nottingham Forest Injury News
Forest are still without Ibrahim Sangare and Danilo, the latter of whom isn't expected back until January.

Arsenal - Player To Watch
Arsenal have desperately missed Martin Odegaard this season as he's only played three games due to injury. He played the full 90 minutes versus Chelsea and even assisted the opening goal, so he'll be given a hero's reception in his first start at the Emirates since August.
Nottingham Forest - Player To Watch
Only Erling Haaland has scored more goals in the league this season than Chris Wood, who will look to get in and about an Arsenal defence lacking a bit of confidence.
Arsenal vs Nottingham Forest - Prediction
The home loss against Newcastle might have knocked the stuffing out of Forest a bit so it'll be interesting to see how they respond. Arsenal are a bit of a wounded animal, though, and really should be targeting all three points.
