Inter take on Gladbach in their opening match of the Champions League group stage on Wednesday still with a selection of players missing due to coronavirus.

Ashley Young, Roberto Gagliardini and Milan Skriniar will all miss out due to self-isolation, but Antonio Conte can call upon Alessandro Bastoni again after the young defender successfully completed a negative test this past weekend.

In other areas, Matias Vecino is out with a knee injury while there are doubts over the fitness of Alexis Sanchez.

Stefano Sensi was suspended for the Milan derby loss at the weekend, so could be restored to the starting XI in Europe.

Conte does have options within the two wing-back positions now, but Achraf Hakimi and Ivan Perisic will probably retain their positions from the weekend, despite the defeat to the Rossoneri.

Arturo Vidal could be the player to make way for Sensi in midfield.

The favoured striking partnership of Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez will feature again.
