Barcelona were struggling against Inter.

Following a lovely Lautaro Martinez goal, the Nerazzurri were in the lead for nearly an hour, leaving Barca desperate for some inspiration.

They got it in the form of Suarez, who made it 1-1 with a ferocious volley from the edge of the box which nearly burst the net, following a clipped pass from Arturo Vidal.

Lionel Messi, who was clearly not fully fit yet started the game, helped his fellow South American score the second with a typical, slaloming run down the right-hand side before dinking a pass into the centre. The subsequent touch from Suarez was genius as he burst in between two defenders before slotting home with his left foot.

He won 5/6 duels as well, so certainly put himself about to try and get the Blaugrana back into contention.

With Messi not firing on all cylinders until he finds his full fitness, Barca will be hoping this represents the start of a good run of form for Suarez.
