    About Diego Costa

    Who is Diego Costa?

Diego Costa is 35-years-old, born on 07 October 1988, and is a right-footed professional football player from Spain. Born in Lagarto, SE, Diego Costa has also played in Série A for Botafogo, in Premier League for Wolves, in Série A for Mineiro, in Primera Division for Atletico Madrid, in FA Cup for Chelsea, in Primera Division for Rayo Vallecano and in Primera Division for Valladolid.

Diego Costa is a bully, a bastard, and unquestionably one of the most watchable and impactful centre-forwards playing in Europe. A player that lacked refinement when emerging at Atletico Madrid, a series of loan spells sharpened his competitive edge and when he returned he had transformed into the hard-headed, controversial, utterly unstoppable forward that we now know. Amidst the tussles and clashes it is often forgotten how his goals almost single-handedly secured three league titles, one for Atletico in 13-14 and two for Chelsea, in 14-15 and 16-17. If you can even extract a half-season of Costa at his best, your team is all the better off for it. Now back at his spiritual home of Atleti, the adopted Spaniard still has plenty of time to torment many more defences. He currently plays as a Striker (Centre) in Série A for club Grêmio.
