Zlatan Ibrahimovic continued his sensational start to the 2020-21 season with yet another two goals as Serie A leaders AC Milan earned an impressive 3-1 win at title-chasing Napoli.

Here’s how he fared as he led Stefano Pioli’s men to victory.

📷 Zlatan Ibrahimovic: Match Snapshot

⏱️ 20' Theo Hernandez whips in a cross from a deep position on the left, and Zlatan powers home an unstoppable header from just inside the penalty area. A world-class finish.

⏱️ 54' Ante Rebic chips in a perfect cross to the back post and Zlatan times his run perfectly to force the ball home with his thigh.

〽️ Zlatan: Rating Week-on-Week

✔️ IMPROVEMENT

Zlatan saved the day with a late equaliser in his previous game against Hellas Verona, but also missed a penalty. He posted a 8.4 FC Rating versus Hellas. Against Napoli, he was virtually unplayable as he notched a 9.0 FC Rating - his second best of the season.

In addition to his two goals, he had three shots and also saw a fantastic finish disallowed for offside. He had an impressive six shots in the penalty area.

The only black mark on the game for him personally was that he was forced off with 10 minutes to go clutching the back of his leg. Hopefully for Milan, it was only a precautionary measure.

Zlatan: What Next?

Zlatan has maintained his unbelievable start to the season. He now has 10 Serie A goals in just six matches. At the age of 39, he is defying the ageing process.

His exploits have led Milan to top of the Serie A table and, while a Scudetto triumph seems unlikely, the Rossoneri can't be ruled out with Zlatan in such super-human form.

The only slightly concern was that Zlatan was forced off with an injury on Sunday. Milan will be praying it is only a minor problem ahead of their upcoming games against Lille in the Europa League and Fiorentina in Serie A next weekend.
