Tottenham Hotspur head to Ibrox Stadium for an eagerly anticipated UEFA Europa League clash against Rangers. The match pits Ange Postecoglou’s Spurs side, currently enduring a rocky patch, against a Rangers team enjoying a resurgence under Philippe Clement. Both teams are battling to secure a top-eight finish in the league phase, making this fixture crucial for their European ambitions.

Despite recent setbacks in the Premier League and Europa League, Spurs will be looking to bounce back. The return of Postecoglou to Glasgow adds an intriguing subplot, given his successful spell with Celtic.

Injuries, however, could force the Tottenham manager to make several changes to his preferred starting XI.

Tottenham Team News

Tottenham are dealing with a host of injuries, particularly in defence. Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero are likely to miss out after setbacks against Chelsea, while Ben Davies remains sidelined with a hamstring issue. As a result, Postecoglou may be forced to turn to Radu Dragusin and Ashley Phillips to shore up his central defence.

Fraser Forster is expected to start between the sticks, with Pedro Porro maintaining his role at right-back and Destiny Udogie likely to slot in on the left. In midfield, Rodrigo Bentancur could return to the starting lineup alongside Yves Bissouma, who will be available despite his Premier League suspension.

The attacking unit could see Brennan Johnson reclaim a starting role after recovering from illness. He is likely to be supported by Son Heung-min and young striker Will Lankshear, who is available after serving his European suspension.

Tottenham Predicted Lineup to Face Rangers

Given the current injuries, Tottenham's predicted XI is:

Forster; Pedro Porro, Dragusin, Gray, Udogie; Sarr, Bentacur, Bissouma; Johnson, Lankshear, Son
