Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored both goals for Milan in a 2-0 away win at Cagliari as the Rossoneri maintained their three-point lead at the top of Serie A.

Having been previously away from the team due to injury and coronavirus isolation, Ibrahimovic (8.7) returned recently, and against Cagliari scored his first goals since he scored two versus Napoli in November.

He won and scored a penalty within the first five minutes, before later screwing a cracking left-footed finish across the goalkeeper for his second, with VAR helping to conclude he was not offside.

However, the best performer of the week and leading the Serie A Team of the Week is Napoli's Lorenzo Insigne (9.2) after he scored two and set up another in his team's dominant 6-0 victory against Fiorentina.

Making up the front three is Crotone's Simeon Nwankwo (9.0), who also scored two and recorded an assist against Benevento this time.

The biggest match of the weekend saw Inter claim a huge 2-0 win at home against Juventus.

Nicolo Barella (8.2) was excellent in the Derby d'Italia, and scored the second goal with a marvellous finish into the top fight corner.

In another massive derby, the Derby della Capitale, Lazio destroyed Roma 3-0, with Luis Alberto (9.0) emerging as the man of the match with a double.

Making up the three-man midfield is Genoa's Milan Badelj (8.1)

Another Lazio performer makes it into defence as Manuel Lazzari (8.2) earns his place, though he did play wing-back against Roma.

Alessandro Bastoni (8.0) pulled off one of the assists of the weekend for the aforementioned Barella goal, sending a long, driven pass through the middle of the Roma midfield and defence for his team-mate to score.

Bremer (8.3) joins him in the centre of defence after a good display at the back for Torino. Nobody matched his 130 touches of the ball, while he also completed 111/120 attempted passes.

Berat Gjimshiti (7.6) is in at full-back.

.It wasn't a vintage weekend for goalkeepers, but Samir Handanovic (7.6) did have to make four vital saves against Juventus for Inter.
