Serbia and Switzerland are two sides who are yet to claim victory in the 2024/25 Nations League.

In the September fixtures, Serbia did earn a surprise 0-0 draw at home with Spain but were then comfortably defeated 2-0 by Denmark. As for the Swiss, they lost 2-0 against Denmark and 4-1 versus Spain.

Here's how the squads are shaping up for this one.

Serbia Team News

Once again, Dusan Vlahovic and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic have not been called up to the squad by head coach Dragan Stojkovic.

Vlahovic asked not to be called up last time around and apparently the case is the same here, though Stojkovic did say this week that Serbia would rely on the striker once again soon.

As for Milinkovic-Savic, he and his manager apparently came to an agreement that he would not be called up for the September, October or November fixtures.

Srdan Babic, Petr Ratkov and Andrija Zivkovic are injured, while there are concerns over Vanja Milinkovic-Savic and Ivan Ilic.

In the absence of Milinkovic-Savic and Vlahovic, Aleksandar Mitrovic will again lead the line for his country. In fact, he remains the highest-ever goalscorer in the Nations League with 14 goals - ahead of Norway's Erling Haaland.

For the Swiss, Breel Embolo is expected to lead the line but there could be a change on the wing from the Spain loss, with Dan Nodye coming in to replace Ruben Vargas. Nico Elvedi might replace Gregory Wuthrich at the back.
