As Paris Saint-Germain gear up to face Borussia Dortmund in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-final on Tuesday, they will aim to overturn a narrow 1-0 defeat suffered in Germany last week.

PSG manager Luis Enrique faces the challenging task of breaking down Dortmund's defence while securing a spot in the final.

Match Overview

In the first leg, PSG were undone by Niclas Fullkrug’s solitary goal, failing to convert their chances despite dominating possession. Ousmane Dembele had a night to forget against his former club, while the German side held firm defensively, showcasing their ruthlessness upfront.

With Dortmund boasting the highest number of clean sheets in this season's competition, PSG will need their star players to step up.

Team News

Unfortunately, PSG will be without Lucas Hernandez due to a season-ending ACL injury.

Young Lucas Beraldo will likely feature in defence alongside Marquinhos, given Milan Skriniar's indifferent form. Presnel Kimpembe remains sidelined, while fringe players Layvin Kurzawa and Sergio Rico are also out.

Luis Enrique might also be tempted to shake up the attack after last week’s disappointing display.

Dembele and Bradley Barcola could be replaced by Marco Asensio or Lee Kang-in, while Goncalo Ramos is likely to start alongside Kylian Mbappe in what could be the latter’s final Champions League match for PSG.

Predicted Lineup

Goalkeeper: Gianluigi Donnarumma

Defenders: Achraf Hakimi, Marquinhos, Lucas Beraldo, Nuno Mendes

Midfielders: Fabian Ruiz, Vitinha, Warren Zaire-Emery

Forwards: Ousmane Dembele, Goncalo Ramos, Kylian Mbappe
