Tottenham's star duo Harry Kane and Gareth Bale lead the Premier League Team of the Week following their outstanding respective performances in the 4-1 home victory against Crystal Palace.

Kane earned himself a perfect 10 FC Rating following his outing which saw him play a hand in all four goals via two scored himself plus two assists.

His first goal was incredible, too, as he swept a gorgeous finish up and over the goalkeeper int the top left corner from the corner of the box.

Bale (9.7) is finally enjoying the form that many hoped he would provide since his summer loan move from Real Madrid, and scored the opening two goals of the game with a pair of predatory finishes from close range. He also impressively won 8/9 duels.

In behind the Tottenham duo is Adam Lallana (8.1), who got on the scoresheet as Brighton were unlucky in defeat at home to Leicester. The former Liverpool man also had the highest amount ball recoveries of any outfield player in this round of fixtures with 14.

The most shocking, or perhaps not that shocking, result of the weekend saw Fulham beat Liverpool 1-0 at Anfield. Mario Lemina (8.2) was excellent in that one, as in addition to scoring the only goal of the game he won 11/16 duels, 100% of his tackles, and 100% of his aerial duels.

Jorginho (7.7) makes the cut after his penalty for Chelsea against Everton, while he also completed 72/84 attempted passes and had 102 touches.

Making up the midfield diamond is James Ward-Prowse (7.7), who misplaced just four out of 55 passes for Southampton in the 2-0 away win at Sheffield United, with him also grabbing a goal to show for his efforts.

Matt Doherty (7.6) earned an assist for the aforementioned screamer from Kane, and was a general menace down the right wing for Spurs.

At left-back is Conor Townsend (8.3) who sent 22 passes into the final third, made 10 ball recoveries, and won 6/8 duels.

Another Fulham star makes the line-up following the Liverpool win, with Tosin Adarabioyo (8.1) helping the Cottagers to an unexpected clean sheet. He made a huge 17 clearances in the game, and to put that into context, the player with the next highest tally from the weekend only managed nine.

Conor Coady (8.0) joins him in the centre of defence as he remarkably misplaced just one pass the entire game for Wolves versus Aston Villa.

In goal is West Brom stopper Sam Johnstone (8.0), who made five saves to earn his clean sheet against Newcastle.
