It was another exciting weekend of Premier League action, with the round culminating in an entertaining 2-2 draw between Arsenal and Liverpool at the Emirates.
The Gunners led twice in the match through Bukayo Saka and Mikel Merino, but Liverpool fought back twice via goals from Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah.
Other matches on Sunday included Chelsea defeating Newcastle, West Ham defeating Man Utd and Crystal Palace beating Tottenham.
The best individual performer of the weekend could be found with Man Utd, even though they fell to a loss against the Hammers.
Premier League Player of the Week - Casemiro
United lost 2-1 against West Ham with Jarrod Bowen scoring a late penalty to win the game for the home side on Sunday, but with 10 minutes to go it was Casemiro who initially brought things back to level terms with a close-range header.
The Brazilian deserved his goal on the day as he put in, by far, his best performance of the campaign for the Red Devils. He achieved an 8.9 FC Rating and prior to that, his best performance was a 7.7 earned against Fulham back in August.
In terms of passing, he completed 63 out of 73 balls to team-mates and had 97 touches of the ball which was more than anyone else in the game. The tally of 97 was the sixth-highest of any player in the Premier League this weekend.
What really set Casemiro apart on Sunday was his success in duels as he won 4/5 aerial duels and 7/11 ground duels.
He also completed nine ball recoveries which was more than any midfield player in this round of fixtures.
Who else made the Team of the Week?
Another top performer this week was Man City's Savinho (8.7). Pep Guardiola's side only defeated Southampton 1-0 and Savinho wasn't even involved in that solitary goal, but his overall performance was excellent. Nobody had more touches in the opposition box than him this weekend with 17, while he was in the top five for dribbles completed (6) and passes into the final third (42).
The best-performing goalkeeper this weekend was Bournemouth's Mark Travers (8.3) as he helped the Cherries to a commendable point in a 1-1 draw away at Aston Villa. He was certainly kept busy as he kept Villa at bay with seven saves.
The back four in the team of the week is made up of Ashley Young, Josko Gvardiol, Ruben Dias and Max Kilman.
Joining Savinho in the front three is Chris Wood, who scored two for Nottingham Forest and Matheus Cunha who scored Wolves' vital equaliser against Brighton.
