While David de Gea is expected to remain in goals, Solsjkaer will most likely turn to Alex Telles at left-back, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka on the right flank. In the middle Harry Maguire is likely to keep his place at centre back alongside Eric Bailly.
The Norwegian coach is also likely to rest all three central midfielders that started in Sunday’s 3-2 victory over Liverpool, as Paul Pogba, Scott McTominay and Donny van de Beek step down to the bench in place of Nemanja Matic, Fred and Bruno Fernandes.
After bagging a goal against Liverpool, Mason Greenwood will be hopeful of keeping his spot on the right flank, but it seems as though Marcus Rashford won’t be able to shake off an injury that forced him to hobble off the pitch in the FA Cup clash.
As such, Edinson Cavani is likely to start up front against the Blades with Anthony Martial likely to start on the left flank.
