Arsenal finished their Premier League season on a high and relegated Watford in the process with a 3-2 victory at the Emirates, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scoring two of the three goals for the Gunners.

In a topsy-turvy game in London, Arsenal went 3-0, with Watford fighting back to make it 3-2.

What was Aubameyang's overall display like?

Right from the opening whistle, the former Dortmund hitman looked hungry for goals as he strived to reach or surpass Jamie Vardy in the race for the golden boot.

After a foul from Craig Dawson, Arsenal were awarded a penalty just five minutes into play, providing Aubameyang with the perfect opportunity to kick off his afternoon.

Not long after the water break in the first half, he helped make it 2-0 with an assist.

A ⏱️ 24' The ball is floated to the back post for Aubameyang, who takes down possession with an assured touch before playing behind for Kieran Tierney, who guides an unconventional finish into the far right corner.

Just under 10 minutes later, he doubled his goalscoring tally, and in spectacular fashion.

⚽ ⏱️ 33' A throw-in is sent into the Watford penalty area with the ball bouncing up dangerously into the air. Aubameyang takes advantage to leap into the air and fire a brilliant bicycle kick emphatically into the top left corner from relatively close range.

Not simply just a goalscorer on the night, Aubameyang's build-up play was good, too, as he misplaced just three passes out of 20 on the night, while he enjoyed 33 touches of the ball.

His overall performance earned him a 8.5 FC Rating.
