Nottingham Forest vs West Ham Predicted Lineups

As Nottingham Forest prepares to host West Ham United, both teams are looking to establish consistency in their Premier League campaigns. Nottingham Forest, under Nuno Espirito Santo, are currently seventh in the league after a strong start, while West Ham’s form has fluctuated under Julen Lopetegui.

Forest, seeking a third consecutive league win, will aim to extend their home advantage after winning their last two encounters with the Hammers at the City Ground. West Ham, however, enter this game fresh from a late victory over Manchester United and will be eager to build on that.

Both teams face injury and suspension concerns, with Forest’s star forward Chris Wood and creative force Morgan Gibbs-White undergoing late fitness tests. West Ham are likely to be without key player Niclas Fullkrug (achilles) and Mohammed Kudus is serving the second of a three game suspension, but they may still field a competitive lineup given recent squad performances.

The defence, featuring Aina and Murillo, is expected to stay unchanged, showcasing the stability that has seen Forest concede just seven goals this season.

In midfield, Tomas Soucek could join Edson Alvarez, with Jarrod Bowen, Lucas Paqueta, and Crysencio Summerville likely to form a supporting trio behind Michail Antonio.

Given their defensive challenges, Lopetegui may opt for a more compact approach, focusing on counter-attacks to utilise Bowen’s pace and Antonio’s physical presence.
