The sackings are coming thick and fast as the perilous situation of certain clubs begins to bite, with very little time to prepare for the 2020/21.

Spain is where we start this week.

The total mess that is Valencia football club shows no signs of closing in on normality and after another humbling loss, this time away to a vibrant Villarreal side that has everything Los Che wish they had, it was time for another change.

Albert Celades, a questionable appointment in the first instance, has been relieved of his duties as Valencia languish in mid-table following just one win in five matches following the restart.

It's difficult to say with such an organisation but Valencia would be wise to take their time and get the right man ahead of the following season.

❌ GONE - ABELARDO (Espanyol)

Abelardo became the third coach to lose his job at Espanyol this season with the club seemingly destined for the Segunda Division at this point.

Just one win in five matches post-lockdown leaves the Barcelona-based club bottom of the division and a massive 10 points from safety. Francisco Rufete will be coach No. 4 for the season but whether he is still there for 2020/21 remains to be seen.
