Ipswich Town are in desperate need of points as they host a confident Bournemouth side at Portman Road. Kieran McKenna's side currently sit in the relegation zone, and their recent 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace in midweek further highlighted their struggles in the final third.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth come into this fixture off a morale-boosting 1-0 win against Tottenham and will be looking to build on that success under Andoni Iraola.

The match promises a fascinating clash of styles, with Ipswich's defensive solidity being tested against Bournemouth's attacking verve. Both teams have injury concerns and tactical decisions to make, which could easily shape the outcome of this fixture.

Ipswich Town Predicted Lineup

Ipswich will have to make do without key defender Axel Tuanzebe, who remains sidelined with a hamstring injury. Goalkeeper Cieran Slicker is also unlikely to feature, leaving Arijanet Muric to continue between the sticks.

In defence, Harry Clarke, Dara O'Shea, Jacob Greaves, and Leif Davis are expected to form a familiar back four.

Midfield will likely see the double pivot of Sam Morsy and Jack Taylor, who will be tasked with providing defensive cover and some creative impetus. Out wide, Wes Burns and Omari Hutchinson are expected to support the attack, with Jack Clarke playing in a more central role.

Up front, Liam Delap will lead the line, hoping to capitalise on any openings against Bournemouth's sometimes fragile defence.

Bournemouth Predicted Lineup

Bournemouth will be without Julian Araujo and Alex Scott due to injury concerns, while Marcos Senesi remains a doubt. Neto is expected to start in goal, protected by a backline of Adam Smith, Illia Zabarnyi, Dean Huijsen, and Milos Kerkez.

In midfield, Tyler Adams and Ryan Christie are likely to form a solid double pivot. The attacking trio of Antoine Semenyo, Justin Kluivert, and Marcus Tavernier will provide creativity and pace, supporting Brazilian forward Evanilson, who is in strong form.
