Arsenal have enjoyed a superb couple of weeks.
After impressively defeating Liverpool in the Community Shield, they followed that up with 3-0 away victory versus Fulham at Craven Cottage, with Alexandre Lacazette, new signing Gabriel, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang all on the scoresheet.
Arguably more important than that victory is the news which came midweek, as Aubameyang finally put speculation surrounding his future at the Emirates to rest by signing a two-year extension with the club.
Expect the Gunners to be buoyed by their recent victories and Aubameyang's renewal against West Ham, who were defeated by Newcastle at home last week.
Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Calum Chambers, Shkodran Mustafi, Emile Smith Rowe Pablo Mari, and Gabriel Martinelli are all out injured, while there are is a doubt over Granit Xhaka who is recovering from an ankle knock.
If Xhaka doesn't play, expect Dani Ceballos to fill that gap.
Expect the team to remain largely unchanged beyond that, with William Saliba still biding his team and there being little wrong with the team that were excellent against Fulham on the opening day.
