At the start of the 2024/25 Nations League, France lost their opening match against Italy but since then have won three in a row.
They will aim for four wins on the bounce this Thursday when they face Israel.
Here's how the squads of the two nations are shaping up.
France Team News
The biggest omission from the France squad is, of course, Kylian Mbappe.
Didier Deschamps explained why the Real Madrid attacker wasn't called up, insisting it wasn't due to the rape allegations surrounding the player from a national team trip to Sweden in October.
"It's my responsibility to make decisions," he explained.
"I think it's better that way. I'm not going to argue. What I can tell you are these two things.
"One, Kylian wanted to come. Two, it's not the extra sporting problems that come into play since the presumption of innocence exists and must exist. It's a one-off choice for this gathering."
Wesley Fofana, Loic Bade and Mbappe's Madrid team-mate Aurelien Tchouameni are out with injury.
N'Golo Kante and Adrien Rabiot have returned to the squad.
