MARADONA TO MBAPPE

In the 1986 World Cup quarter-final, Diego Maradona shocked the world with his 'Hand of God' goal against England, clearly punching the ball over the head of Peter Shilton. Now, 34 years later, Kylian Mbappe has tried his own, albeit in much less high profile fashion and in much more feeble fashion, as he can be seen stooping to slap an effort across the line with his palm, while falling to the floor. The Frenchman may be the new golden boy of world football, but cheating like this is a bit unsavoury, even if he expected to receive the subsequent yellow card, which he did.

Lyon FANS RISE UP AGAINST...MICHELIN

Football fans, players, and teams can often be seen protesting against things which don't meet their values, whether it be Parma fans recently boycotting the away trip against Juventus due to ticket prices, the Eredivisie not playing for the first minute of a round of fixtures to highlight racism, or Bahia and Ceara wearing jerseys with oil-like splashes, to protest against the Brazilian authorities' lack of action to combat an oil spill. However, Lyon fans took things one step further this week when their ultras, Bad Gones, displayed a banner criticising the decision to take away a Michelin Star from famous restaurant, Bocuse.

PENALTY DRAMA IN THE TURKISH THIRD TIER

We've witnessed goalkeepers being punished for not staying on their line during penalty kicks, particularly in the 19-20 season, but no stopper has been punished quite as much as Usakspor keeper Ersin Aydin. He saves one penalty, gets booked for coming off his line, saves the retake, gets booked AGAIN for coming off his line. Then, defender Levent Aktug goes in between the sticks, only to save the THIRD spotkick!
