Ahead of Tuesday night's action in Euro qualifying, Latvia and Israel held the lowest two positions in Group G, knowing that whatever the result in their fixture, they would still be fifth and sixth.
That didn't put Dabbur off, though, as the Israel forward scored two in a 3-1 home victory for his nation.
He displayed his striking prowess by netting both goals within about 10 yards from goal. The first opened the scoring and was delicately side-footed into the corner after a cross from the left wing.
The second was a touch of genius, as he found himself with plenty of space inside the box to cheekily dink the ball over the oncoming goalkeeper.
He also had a hand in the second goal scored by Eran Zahavi, as in the build-up he cleverly nutmegged the central defender coming in with a despairing challenge.
