Lionel Messi already has his sights set on the 2020 Ballon d'Or, it would seem. After officially being crowned the world's best player during the week, he went on to score three goals versus Mallorca in a 5-2 Barca victory over Mallorca.

Every goal was of the highest quality, with the first being a signature, whipped strike into the top corner with his wand of a left foot. The second was very similar, only this time the bottom corner was the reached target.

For his hat-trick, he was the beneficiary of some excellent work by Luis Suarez to receive the ball for a first-time finish lashed into the top right corner from inside the box.

He sent more passes into the final third than any other player in La Liga on Saturday, and had the most touches out of anyone apart from team-mate Sergi Roberto.
