Flamengo maintained their eight-point lead at the top of the Brazilian Serie A after a comfortable 4-1 win at home versus Corinthians, with Bruno Henrique proving to be the star of the show.

There was an element of luck in his first goal, as he initially missed from the penalty spot, only to react quicker than the keeper to slot home the rebound.

There was nothing lucky about his next two, though.

His second of the day saw a display of electric pace to run through on goal to dink a lovely finish over the oncoming goalkeeper, while his hat-trick goal was a Thierry Henry-esque composed finish into the bottom right corner.

He had 10 touches in the opposition box in total, but was a fighter all day, too, winning 100% of his attempted tackles.
