Jack Grealish has the highest Expected Assists for the Premier League in 2020/21, though Kevin De Bruyne has created the most chances with 35 so far.

The Aston Villa captain has been in supreme form this campaign and currently holds a 98 FC Rating for his performances over the past 20 matches.

Grealish, De Bruyne, and Harry Kane are the biggest creative forces in the league.

De Bruyne has created the most chances with 35, with Grealish and Kane in behind on 34.

Grealish has the highest xA with nine, with De Bruyne on eight and Kane on 4.2.

Remarkably, the Tottenham captain has 11 assists to his name despite the xA of 4.2 - that is the most of any player within Europe's top five leagues.

Arsenal are one of the worst offenders for not finishing off chances that should have resulted in assists.

Bukayo Saka has an xA of 5.5 but has only recorded one assist, while Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has an xA of 5.3 with only one assist.

Chelsea's Mason Mount also has a large discrepancy between his xA (8) and his assists (8) which suggests he has been let down by the profligacy of his team-mates.

Mohamed Salah has created 30 chances so far in 2020/21, but with a low xA of four and actually assisted recorded being three.
