Croatia go into Monday's fixture with Portugal knowing that a victory will guarantee them qualification from Nations League Group A1.

Portugal have already secured top spot in the group and a place in the Nations League quarter-finals. Any nation from Croatia, Scotland and Poland can still finish in second place.

Dominik Livakovic and Ante Budimir are back for Croatia after serving bans, but Peter Sucic is suspended after receiving two yellow cards and a dismissal against Scotland on Friday.

Portugal will finish top of the group no matter what so expect major rotation from Roberto Martinez.
