Cristiano Ronaldo has so often been the hero for Juventus over the course of his two-and-a-half year stay in Turin, but on Wednesday he failed from the penalty spot as they drew 1-1 with Atalanta.

Ronaldo started in attack for Juventus but there was little to report from the Portugal ace in front of goal. As he looked tired, a fine strike from Federico Chiesa gave Juve the lead at the break.
Early in the second half, though, Atalanta hit back, with Remo Freuler netting a leveller.

Ronaldo: What Next?
Juventus are only third in Serie A and trail Milan by three points. That is a situation that needs rectified.
