Cristiano Ronaldo returned from his coronavirus layoff to help Juventus end a two-game winless streak in Serie A, with a brace off the bench setting up a 4-1 win.
So how did Ronaldo fare in his return?

Despite taking the lead, Juventus were on the back foot quite often in this match until the introduction of the Portuguese star helped provide a spark.
Spezia had a myriad of shots on Juve’s goal but Ronaldo proved his quality and ruthlessness in coming on, needing just three minutes to put the Old Lady in front when rounding the keeper and passing into an empty net.
A delightfully chipped penalty all but sealed the win for Juventus soon after, in what was an otherwise quiet 34-minute cameo for Ronaldo, with just 14 touches all in.
But four of those came in the opposition penalty area, two of which being his only shots of the game that helped turn the screw for Andrea Pirlo’s side.
〽️ Ronaldo: Rating Week-on-Week
Decrease
Rather harsh considering the match-winning brace, Ronaldo’s 7.8 FC Rating was actually a decrease from his last Serie A match back in September.
Incidentally, he scored a brace in that game too, but on that occasion, it was only good enough for a 2-2 draw against Roma in the capital, with Ronaldo scoring an 8.1 FC Rating.
