It was most definitely a round for the attacking talent to shine in the Championship, with a number of the usual suspects showcasing their array of talents.
Matheus Pereira's 10 out of 10 display against West Brom, where he provided three assists and scored a goal of his own, was the absolute standout but other scoring midfielders staked their claims too. The irrepressible Jarrod Bowen (8.8) netted twice as Hull came from behind to beat Stoke, as did Eberechi Eze (8.2), putting two past Preston.
Lewis Grabban's (8.4) two goals off the bench earned Nottingham Forest a point at former club Millwall. Behind these attacking players George Saville's goal gave Middlesbrough victory at home to Charlton, while Jed Wallace was an excellent outlet for Millwall versus Forest.
At the back, makeshift left-back Ezgjan Aloiski was superb in Leeds' win at Huddersfield, while there were also inspired displays from Tosin Adarabioyo, Toni Leistner and Joe Worrall.
