Celtic will take a massive step towards the Scottish Premiership title should they claim all three points against rivals Rangers on Saturday.
At the moment, the Hoops are three points clear of Rangers and would move six points clear with two games to play if they win this weekend, while they also have a superior goal difference.
Current Form
Celtic's current form
Since the 2-0 defeat versus Hearts at the beginning of March, Celtic have won five out of their last six games in the Premiership, with the other match being the 3-3 draw away at Ibrox.
In that time they also progressed to the Scottish Cup Final after a semi-final win on penalties against Hearts.
Last time out, they put in one of their best performances of the season and were at their effervescent best as they defeated Hearts 3-0. They couldn't really be in better form heading into this one.
Rangers' current form
Rangers have found a bit of form recently after a blip in the middle of April which saw them lose against Ross County and draw with Dundee within the space of a few days. It was that blip that allowed Celtic to reclaim top spot in the league.
They have since won three games in a row against Hearts in the Scottish Cup and St Mirren and Kilmarnock in the league.
Celtic vs Rangers Team News
Celtic's squad is looking fit and ready to go as we approach the final games of the season as Brendan Rodgers has no major injuries. The fitness of Callum McGregor has been monitored recently as he was out for a while with a heel and calf problem, but he looked back to his best against Hearts so there are no concerns there.
Daizen Maeda will likely earn his first start since his miraculously quick return from a hamstring issue.
As for Rangers, Conor Goldson is out for the season and things got worse in the centre-back department after Leon Balogun picked up a back injury in the win versus Killie.
Ryan Jack, Oscar Cortes and Danilo are all definite absentees, while it is unlikely Abdallah Sima and Rabbi Matondo will feature.
Key player - Celtic
Kyogo scored two in the win over Hearts and contributed superbly in build-up play, too. He loves playing against Rangers, and against a makeshift back four, he'll be looking to cause problems.
Key player - Rangers
James Tavernier's penalty record is astonishing, as is the amount of penalties Rangers have received, so don't bet against him scoring another.
Scoreline Prediction
Celtic are looking extremely confident at the moment, while Rangers simply don't. Losing Goldson was an issue for Rangers and now that Balogun is out, too, they'll need to field a patched up defence so expect the home side to win comfortably.
