Arsenal enjoyed revenge over Southampton for their FA Cup exit at the weekend, with Mikel Arteta’s side cruising to a 3-1 victory at St Mary’s in the Premier League.
After Stuart Armstrong’s goal had given the hosts the early edge, Arsenal hit back through Nicolas Pepe and Bukayo Saka before the break. Alexandre Lacazette’s close-range finish sealed the win in the second half.
It was, however, Saka who caught the eye with his fine display on the right.

Armstrong and Pepe had exchanged goal in the first 10 minutes before Saka started to make a telling influence on the game.
