Bruno Fernandes may just have saved Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's job, for now at least.

The Portuguese midfielder scored twice, including a well-taken header, and provided an assist to seal a 3-1 away win for The Red Devils that alleviates some of the pressure from Solskjaer.

📷 Fernandes: Match Snapshot

⏱️ 25' Fernandes equalises for United as he runs to meet Luke Shaw's teasing cross in the middle of the penalty area and plants a firm header into the corner of Jordan Pickford's net.

⏱️ 32' Fernandes adds to his tally, as his cross from the left-hand side for Marcus Rashford is missed entirely by the striker, and the ball nestles into the bottom corner of Pickford's goal

⏱️ 90' Fernandes turns provider, running the length of the pitch from an Everton attack. The Portuguese midfielder shifts the ball to Edinson Cavani, who makes no mistake, drilling the ball past Pickford to complete the win.

Fernandes had produced several subdued performances over the last couple of games, earning a 5.7 FC Rating against Arsenal in their last league game.
