Brighton & Hove Albion host Arsenal at the Amex Stadium in what promises to be an intriguing Premier League encounter. Both teams have shown flashes of brilliance in recent matches, but the stakes are high as Arsenal aim to stay in touch with league leaders Liverpool, while Brighton look to bounce back from a recent run of draws and reassert themselves in the race for European places.

The Gunners arrive on the south coast fresh from a commanding 3-1 win against Brentford, a result that highlighted their attacking depth even amidst an injury crisis.

Brighton, meanwhile, were held to a 2-2 draw with Aston Villa, showcasing resilience but also underlining defensive concerns.

Brighton Team News

Brighton manager Fabian Hurzeler remains without several key players, including Danny Welbeck, Evan Ferguson, and James Milner, due to injuries.

However, Pervis Estupinan may return after missing the Villa clash through illness, adding much-needed stability to the defence. Tariq Lamptey impressed against Villa, and his pace will likely be a key asset against Arsenal’s dynamic attack.

The Seagulls are also boosted by the return of Adam Webster, who has a chance to feature after a lengthy absence, though his involvement may come from the bench. Jack Hinshelwood is close to full fitness, providing further options in midfield.
