Arsenal are set to welcome Ipswich Town to the Emirates Stadium in a crucial Premier League encounter. Both teams enter the fixture with vastly contrasting objectives, Arsenal aiming to cement their title challenge, while Ipswich battle to climb out of the relegation zone.

The Gunners come off a dominant 5-1 victory over Crystal Palace, showcasing their attacking quality even in the absence of key players. Ipswich, meanwhile, face a daunting task after their 4-0 defeat to Newcastle, but will be looking to cause an upset after Christmas.

This meeting pits one of the league's strongest home teams against a struggling away side. Arsenal's recent home form, coupled with Ipswich’s difficulties in keeping clean sheets, points to a challenging evening for the visitors.

Gabriel Jesus is expected to deputise for Saka on the right flank, while Kai Havertz may retain a more advanced role with Declan Rice solidifying the midfield.

Leandro Trossard could get another start on the left, joining Jesus and Martin Odegaard in a dynamic attacking unit.
