Chelsea might be without Romelu Lukaku in their starting XI for Saturday's Premier League clash against Brentford.
The powerful striker withdrew from international duty midway through the break with Belgium due to what Thomas Tuchel has described as a "muscle overload".
Lukaku has since trained with Chelsea but it remains to be seen whether the former Inter and Manchester United man will be deemed fit enough to play from the opening whistle against the Bees.
If not, Timo Werner will be tasked with leading the line.
Edouard Mendy will start in goal behind a likely back three of Cesar Azpilicueta, Trevoh Chalobah and Andreas Christensen.
Thiago Silva was on international duty with Brazil and in the squad for Friday morning's match against Uruguay so he will be unavailable, while Antonio Rudiger picked up a back injury while away with Germany.
Rudiger will be assessed closer to the game.
N'Golo Kante has missed training for a while due to coronavirus isolation but he is back and available for selection and could be selected alongside Jorginho, with Reece James and Ben Chilwell on the flanks.
Kai Havertz and Mason Mount both started the Southampton draw on the bench but could be restored to the starting XI in behind Werner.
Christian Pulisic remains injured with an ankle problem.
