Spain head coach Luis Enrique must decide on whether to name an unchanged starting XI for the Euro 2020 knockout clash versus Switzerland.

La Roja have found their rhythm over the past two matches in the tournament, scoring no less than 10 goals versus Slovakia and then Croatia.

Although they conceded three versus Croatia, Enrique may stick with the same back four against the Swiss apart from one change.

Unai Simon will keep his place despite his horrendous mistake in the previous match which gave Croatia the lead, with Cesar Azpilicueta, Eric Garcia, Aymeric Laporte and Jordi Alba in front.

Jose Gaya started the last match versus Croatia but Alba will likely be brought back in.

Spain's upturn in performance has coincided with Sergio Busquets' return to the starting XI following his positive Covid test, so the Barcelona star will again feature in the deepest role of the midfield three, probably with Pedri and Koke on either side.

Barcelona wonderkid Pedri is earning rave reviews for his performances at the Euros so far.

Alvaro Morata silenced some of his critics with a spectacular volleyed finish against Croatia so he will keep his place with Ferran Torres and Pablo Sarabia in support in the wing roles.

The likes of Gerard Moreno, Fabian Ruiz and Thiago will have to settle for a place on the bench again.
