England have set up a showdown with Italy in the final of the European Championship on Sunday after overcoming Denmark in extra time in the semi-final.
A free-kick From Mikkel Damsgaard in the first half gave the Danes a surprise lead in the first half before they were pegged back thanks to an own-goal from Simon Kjaer.
The 90 minutes came and went and finished at 1-1 which led to extra-time.
Within extra-time, Harry Kane scored from a rebound after initially seeing a penalty saved by Kasper Schmeichel.

In the key moment of the match, Kane stepped up to take a penalty that was actually saved by Schmeichel, only for the Leicester goalkeeper to send his save straight back into the path of Kane to score the rebound. Schmeichel certainly didn't deserve to be on the losing team tonight as he made a series of excellent save. One of the best came in extra-time shortly before the penalty as he denied Kane with a save down to his right. In normal time, he made two outstanding stops to deny a Raheem Sterling close range strike and a header from Harry Maguire

Harry Maguire was imposing at both ends of the pitch for England, being solid at the back while also posing a major threat from set-pieces. Defensively he won 13/18 duels, 9/11 aerial duels and made seven ball recoveries and three interceptions. From England corners he got two headers on target, one of which was superbly saved by Schmeichel. His distribution was great, too, as he completed 80/89 passes.

Raheem Sterling was in supreme form in the game, setting the tone from the get-go with his pressing. He should have found the back of the net in the first half, missing from close range, but moments later it was his mere presence which forced Kjaer into the own-goal. His best contributions arguably came in extra time as not only did he win the penalty, fortuitously, but he continually took the pressure off the England defence with bursts into the final third, going past players at will.
