Marcus Rashford has become the fourth youngest player in history to reach 250 Manchester United appearances.

Rashford started the FA Cup fifth round match against West Ham United on Tuesday evening to reach the landmark.

At 23 years and 101 days, only three players in the history of the club have played their 250th game at a younger age.

Norman Whiteside remains the youngest-ever player to hit the 250-mark at the age of 22 years and 192 days.

The second-youngest is Man Utd legend George Best at 22 years and 199 days.

In third place is Welsh wing wizard Ryan Giggs at 23 years and 301 days.

Rounding up the top five is Sammy McIIroy, who was 23 years and 158 days when he played his 250th game.

Rashford came up through the Man Utd youth ranks and made his senior debut in 2016, scoring twice in a Europa League win over Midtylland.

He has gone on to score 83 goals in all competitions for the Red Devils, prior to Tuesday’s match against West Ham.
