Milan have confirmed that Gianluigi Donnarumma has coronavirus and will subsequently have to quarantine, putting him out of the game against Milan.

It was announced on Monday, meaning that Ciprian Tatarușanu could be given a late call-up to the starting line-up.

Stefano Pioli is set to name a similar starting XI on Monday against Roma that so impressively defeated Inter last weekend.

One major adjustment will be someone, likely Brahim Diaz, coming in to replace Hakan Calhanoglu.

The Turk could make the Roma game, but it will probably be from the bench as he battles back to fitness after suffering from an ankle injury in the derby.

Ante Rebic, Matteo Gabbia, Leo Duarte, and Mateo Musacchio are all definite absentees for Milan, with the Croatian not likely to return until after the international break.

Alexis Saelemaekers is another player who could potentially be replaced in the starting XI as he was taken off around the hour mark against Inter. Samu Castillejo took his place against Celtic, and might have earned a start versus Roma with his outing

Zlatan Ibrahimovic recovered from his spell out with coronavirus with an emphatic performance against Inter, scoring the two goals in the 2-1 win. He started against Celtic, too, but was brought off for a rest, so expect him to lead the line again.
