Serie A Team of the Week: Ronaldo top dog for Juve again, Inter stars demolish Milan

Cristiano Ronaldo continued to be the saviour of Juventus this weekend as he scored two of the three goals in the 3-0 win at home versus Crotone.

Ronaldo (8.8) found the back of the net on either side of half-time with two of the 11 shots he attempted on goal throughout the game.

The best team performance of the weekend belongs to Inter, as they comfortably dispatched of city rivals Milan with a 3-0 win at San Siro.

The game wasn't without its threat for Inter, though, as they relied on Samir Handanovic (9.5) to make a string of brilliant save to keep the clean sheet, with the keeper making eight in total to continually deny the Rossoneri.

At the other end of the pitch, Lautaro Martinez (9.0) emerged as the match-winner with his two-goal haul, while Ivan Perisic (8.0) was excellent on the left of midfield, setting up one of the goals.

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic (8.2) won 11/16 duels and recorded an assist as Lazio narrowly defeated Sampdoria 1-0. His team-mate Lucas Leiva (8.2) features slightly further back in the Team of the Week.

Weston McKennie (8.4) has had his critics recently but impressed for Juve, scoring the non-Ronaldo goal versus Crotone.

One of the bright sparks in a dismal campaign for Fiorentina has been Gaetano Castrovilli (8.4), and it was he who proved the difference again in the win over Spezia with a goal and an assist.

Atalanta may have conceded two in the 4-2 win against Napoli, but it would have been more if not for the general solidity of Christian Romero (8.4) and Rafael Toloi (7.4) at the back.

Romero also scored in that one.

Making up the three-man back line is Torino defender Bremer (8.6), whose stock continues to rise in Italy. In this round he scored the only goal of the game as Cagliari were defeated 1-0, while he won 8/14 duels and 8/13 aerial duels.
