Pogba to return? - How Manchester United could line-up against Everton

Ole Gunnar Solskjær's in-form Manchester United side host Carlo Ancelotti's Everton, with both teams needing a win to keep up their impressive early season form.

Off the back of a record-equalling 9-0 win over Southampton in midweek, spirits will be high in the United camp, and they'll be looking to extend their eight game unbeaten run in all competitions.

One man who's been key to their recent form, but wasn't involved on Tuesday, is Paul Pogba, and the midfielder is likely to come back into the starting XI after a rest.

Pogba has been instrumental for United over the past few weeks, scoring winners against both Burnley and Fulham, as the Old Trafford side aim to close the gap to their rivals Manchester City, at the top of the Premier League.

Pogba has been used as a left-sided attacking midfielder fairly regularly this season, and given the quality Everton possess, it's highly likely that Fred and Scott McTominay will pair up at the base of midfield, with Pogba further forward.

Next to Pogba will be Bruno Fernandes, who has arguably been the outstanding player in the Premier League this season, has contributed the second most goals and assists in the league this campaign, behind Harry Kane, with 31, and his influence on United can't be understated.

Marcus Rashford and Edinson Cavani will finish up the attacking quartet, and they've looked very dangerous as a pairing.

In terms of the backline, Luke Shaw has been exceptional since Alex Telles arrived to put pressure on him, and Aaron Wan-Bissaka is firmly the first-choice right-back.

Harry Maguire is club captain and it'll likely be Victor Lindelof next to him, as the Swedish international has been preferred to Eric Bailly in recent weeks.

David de Gea will be in net, as usual.
