Cavani to start? How Man Utd could line-up against Wolves

Man Utd manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could hand a start to Edinson Cavani for the Old Trafford side's midweek Premier League game against Wolves.

The former PSG star came off the bench to assist a goal for Bruno Fernandes in the 2-2 draw with Leicester, and could potentially replace the misfiring Anthony Martial in the centre-forward position.

Due to the lack of preparation time between matches, the Norwegian boss might rotate in other areas too, with Mason Greenwood pushing for a start at the expense of Daniel James, who started against the Foxes.

Marcus Rashford will start on the left again, with Bruno Fernandes in the role behind the striker.

That duo, in particular, could be doing with a rest, but Solskjaer will be keen to maintain the momentum the club currently has as they have shot up the table to fourth with a game in hand in recent weeks.

Paul Pogba will fancy his chances of being recalled to the starting XI, but Solskjaer seems to have settled on Fred and Scott McTominay in the middle of midfield for the moment

Against Leicester Victor Lindelof was forced off with a back injury, which will probably see Axel Tuanzebe come in at right-back, with Eric Bailly again partnering Harry Maguire in the centre.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka missed the game at the weekend and there remains doubts about his fitness fo this one, too.

There is an opportunity for rotation at left-back, with Alex Telles coming in to replace Luke Shaw.
