Cavani to return? How Manchester United could line up versus Sheffied United

Manchester United are sweating on the fitness of Edinson Cavani ahead of their trip to Sheffield United on Thursday.

The 33-year-old limped out of the victory over West Ham 10 days ago and subsequently missed the matches against RB Leipzig and Manchester City.

But Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has comments that he is back in contention to be included in the squad for the trip to Bramall Lane and could be good for a spot on the bench.

Other than Cavani United have no real injury concerns; Anthony Martial is fit and available after missing a short spell with a muscle strain.

Ole's selection will be down to who is on form and who he believes will be best positioned to break down the Sheffield United back line. Paul Pogba may be included from the start in place of Scott McTominay.

In attack expected Marcus Rashford, Mason Greenwood and Anthony Martial all to start as United will be expected to win a match against the team who are currently rock bottom of the Premier League with just a single point so far.
