Romelu Lukaku produced a fabulous display, scoring two goals that helped under-pressure boss Antonio Conte and gave his side with a fighting chance of making it into the knockout phase of the competition.

Lukaku has started the season brightly, scoring six goals in Serie A before tonight's game.

However, the Belgian striker had previously failed to score in any of Inter's Champions League games.

He broke his duck for this season in this corker of a match, which swayed from one side to the next throughout the 90 minutes.

Running on to Marcelo Brozovic pass, Lukaku held off his marker as he entered the penalty box, the No. 9 took aim and hammered in a low shot with his right foot that crashed into the bottom corner.

⚽ ⏱️ 73' Lukaku added his second of the evening when he found himself in acres of space. Achraf Hakimi's cross from the right-hand side found the Belgian, who let the ball run across him before he smashed it home with his left foot to give Inter a 3-1 lead.
