Paul Macdonald

Inter came from 2-0 down to defeat Torino 4-2 at San Siro and Romelu Lukaku was once again the difference maker for Antonio Conte's side.

The brilliant forward scored twice and provided two assists meaning he had a hand in every goal in the contest, and he was ably assisted by Alexis Sanchez.

✔️ GOOD PERFORMANCE

Romelu Lukaku: 9.8

In true Lukaku style, he had been on the periphery of the action until the comeback begun and he was at the centre of it. He helped former Manchester United team-mate Alexis Sanchez to bring his side back into the game, then the Chilean returned the favour, slamming across goal for Lukaku to tap in.

A penalty from the Belgian put Inter in front and he rounded off the win by assisting Lautaro Martinez, who came off the bench to secure the win. He is indispensable to Inter at the moment.

Alexis Sanchez: 8.3

United fans must be wondering what they let go. As they struggled to get goals against West Brom, two former forwards combined to great effect.

Sanchez was the catalyst to get his side back into the game then his intelligent ball played low across the front of goal allowed Lukaku the easiest of tasks to score. Both men were a constant attacking threat in the second half and it proved to be a vital win for the Nerazzurri.

BAD PERFORMANCE

Ashley Young: 5.4

Very little went right for the former Man Utd winger, who just couldn't get anything going here and made just 24 passes in 74 minutes - with a poor 79% completion rate. He lost the ball on 10 occasions and also won just 3/10 duels and 1/5 aerial duels. Not a day to remember for the wide player, who also conceded a penalty.
