How Inter will line-up against Torino

Inter boss Antonio Conte will have preferred striking partners Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez back in action again for the challenge against Torino on Sunday.

Lukaku had missed several of Inter's games leading into the international break. The Belgian scored twice in the 3-2 win over Denmark in the UEFA Nations League.

The Nerazzurri are struggling for form in the early part of this season, and currently lie outside the top four.

Argentine striker Martinez is expected pair up front with Lukaku as Conte will hope the pair can bring Inter their first victory in nearly a month, in any competition.

There is expected to be no place in the starting XI for Christian Eriksen, as the Dane continues to struggle to assimilate in Italian football. The former Tottenham player is once again expected to start from the bench.

Ashley Young and Matteo Darmain will play in the wing-back positions.

Arturo Vidal and Roberto Gagliardini will occupy the central midfield roles, whilst Nicolo Barella is believed to be starting behind Lukaku and Martinez.

Milan Skriniar is thought to be in line for a start after a sustained absence from the first team due to Covid.
